These terms govern your use of the Beyond Willow Transformation Partners website and consulting services. By booking a call, signing an engagement, or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Beyond Willow provides AI strategy, automation, and implementation consulting for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement signed by both parties; these general terms apply alongside that agreement.
Fees and payment schedules are defined in your specific engagement agreement. Discovery calls are free and non-binding. Either party may cancel a scheduled engagement with reasonable notice as outlined in the signed agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business and reasonable access to the systems and staff needed to complete the engagement. Delays caused by missing access or information may affect timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for your business (custom workflows, strategy documents) become your property upon full payment. Beyond Willow retains ownership of its own general methods, frameworks, and pre-existing tools used to produce that work.
We bring real experience and a practical process to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, savings, or efficiency figures), since results depend on factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Willow's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
