Beyond Willow Transformation Partners ("Beyond Willow," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Quebec's Law 25.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use third-party services to run this site and our business, including Calendly for scheduling and Tally for forms. These providers may store data outside Canada. We choose providers with reasonable security practices, but you should review their own privacy policies for details on cross-border data handling.
If our consulting work for a client touches patient or other regulated personal health information, that information remains the client's responsibility under applicable healthcare privacy law. We do not access, store, or process PHI directly unless a separate data processing agreement is in place.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
